Building system

The building system consists of a built shell, the modules, the intermediate floors and the water tanks. In its whole the building systems should meet the requirements of energy systems perfectly they should create the possibility to arrange all single elements in height and they should guarantee a wind optimized arrangement of the pivoted modules (wind tracking).

The module contains the energy systems that are arranged in spatial grits. The intermediate floors stabilize the building in its height, the water tanks in the lower part of the building.

ADDITIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

The building system must meet the functional requirements of the energy system:

  • Power transmission of the wind systems A,B,C into the intermediate floors for energy conversion.

  • Possible combinations of the systems to avoid resonance catastrophe through spatial grit structures to uptake the energy systems
  • Guarantee of wind tracking in height differences of 52 m through pivoted stories.
