The skylines are not supposed to be either proposals for a developing plan nor for urban development projects. They may to show that the T.urbach large power plants are justifiable for urban development and that they do not represent a contradiction to the constructed areas – in the contrary to traditional wind power plants. It is at least imaginable to build them at the periphery of larger cities and therefor generate the energy where it´s actually needed.
