New technical systems are the rotor system and the wind directional system. Their combination results in the Turbo-Rotor-System. There is a horizontal and a vertical arrangement possible.

The wind direction system fulfills the following tasks:
- Regulation of wind flow and distribution to the rotor system and the wind direction system.
- Regulation or shut down in case of oversupply or undersupply of inflow velocity through the convertivity surface system.
- Automatic regulation and control of the adjustable wind deflector surfaces for adjusting the inflow velocity to an optimized and continuous wind energy conversion.
- In calculating the energy potentials there has been assumed a 100% energy potential of the approaching air (airflow) because keeping one third of the wind speed (Betz-factor) can be dropped due to the pump effect (converting vacuum/negative pressure)
